Project Overview
We converted DW Home’s Shopify website into an e-commerce powerhouse. Our custom-built features, seamless integrations, and ongoing optimization efforts ensure DW Home’s exponential online success.
Plan.
We conducted thorough competitor research, laying the foundation for a strategic website revamp. With an eye on enhancing user experience, we meticulously planned the new website architecture and e-commerce selling strategy. We carefully designed selling features to boost sales and conversion rates, selected the optimal tech stack, and developed private apps to achieve the website’s objectives.
Design.
We created a visually stunning and user-friendly Shopify website. We initiated the design process with a custom Shopify design, following detailed wireframes to map out features and UX/UI elements. Through a series of high-fidelity website mockups and iterative design phases, we fine-tuned the user experience. We also ventured into feature design and prototyping using Figma to create a seamless, captivating design.
Build.
Our development team executed the plan with precision. We seamlessly integrated third-party systems and CRM to streamline operations. Extending the site’s functionality, we harnessed new Shopify API features. We built custom web apps to enhance the website experience, including a dynamic side cart with a custom promo box and a versatile promo bar. Our custom bundling app reduced shipping costs and improved sales while seamlessly integrating with the Shopify checkout. We also crafted a custom candle quiz to define user audiences, enabling targeted marketing efforts. Other enhancements included review highlights, a bespoke mega menu for product filtering, and tailor-made checkout features, leveraging the power of Shopify Plus.

Our commitment to DW Home continued after the launch. We continued to optimize the website for speed, improving page load times and optimizing third-party apps for enhanced performance. We rebuilt 3rd-party apps as native features to enhance site performance further. We implemented product schema and optimized the search crawler to boost search visibility. Our comprehensive approach ensured DW Home’s online presence met and exceeded their expectations, driving growth and success in their industry.
