Project Overview
Working together for over eight years, we have helped Dr. Pimple Popper and SLMD Skincare transform their digital presence many times. We built their latest website from concept to reality, shaping a seamless user experience, crafting stunning designs, and building a dynamic, feature-rich website that continues to succeed with our ongoing support.
Plan.
We collaborated closely with their design team to improve the user experience and website feature design. Our team meticulously planned every detail, from website features and selling tools to optimizing website performance and integrating custom third-party applications.
Design.
We provided valuable feedback during the high-fidelity design phase, ensuring technical feasibility and user-friendly designs among all devices and browsers. We also designed custom content and selling features to extend the functionality and add utility to the website, drawing on our extensive web technology and Shopify experience to elevate the project.
Build.
Our development team brought the vision to life with a complete website build. We crafted a custom Shopify theme from the ground up, incorporating dynamic elements such as a flyout cart with a custom promo box, upsell features, and a custom quiz that seamlessly integrates with their CRM for user segmentation and targeted marketing. We facilitated recurring subscription purchases, integrated third-party applications and e-commerce features, optimized for mobile, and implemented custom fields and content management features. With the Yotpo third-party Shopify application, we built and integrated a rewards program to foster customer loyalty and developed a personalized user account history and order detail dashboard. Our expertise extended to custom Shopify plus checkout extensions and Shopify 2.0 features with custom fields for the client to manage various content throughout the site without developer intervention.
